The Gillichs — Part II

MINOR KEY

Where Symphonies End

The symphony's final movement. The darkness we never wanted to find.

Tips are now live — tips@peoplevsbiloxi.com

Dear reader,

As we progress in this series, the undersigned must apologize in advance.

What comes next is not merely an exposé. We now open a chapter we wished we never had to write — and we will shine a light into a place where no darkness ever belonged.

On each post we make, we watch closely.

You, dear reader, speak — and we listen. And we must make choices, as with everything in life. This page brings a writing style that is likely undocumented. We are threading uncharted territory in many ways.

But a few rules remain the same.

When you speak, we can:

(a) respond

(b) ignore

(c) push further

A few readers have demonstrated discontent with our "attacks" on the Mayor of Biloxi, Andrew "FoFo" Gilich.

We understand.

Politics is a sensitive topic. Many Thanksgivings have been ruined over less. This would be no different.

But here is what interests us:

No one refutes what we are saying.

Not once.

Not a single correction. Not a single "that's factually wrong." Not a single "here's the document that proves otherwise."

Just this:

"You can't pick your family, but you can pick your friends."

— Mahoney, on FoFo's behalf

Yes, Mahoney. You can't pick your family.

But he picked Kirkland. And they picked their employees. In this case — this poor girl. And she's not the only one. But we will only release this for the moment.

We accept your terms.

Your cousin — Mike Gillich IIITWELVE YEARS for child sexual abuse.

Your uncle — Mike Gillich Jr.TWENTY YEARS for murder-for-hire, illegal gambling, drug trafficking.

(You came with these by fate. We'll give you that.)

But these you chose:

Your Chief Innovation Officer — Cliff KirklandTHIRTY-FIVE YEARS for nine counts of child molestation.

Your longtime family friend — Pete HalatEIGHTEEN YEARS for conspiracy to commit murder. The same Pete Halat who picked Cliff Kirkland. The same Pete Halat who picked Mike Gillich Jr. (Pete Halat paid his debt to society.)

FoFo thinks he's a fucking Kinder Egg — chocolate on the outside, toy on the inside. And he's right. He is the toy. Or, more accurately, the tool. Buried at the center, wrapped in a thick coating that isn't chocolate at all — but the mud of the people he chooses to surround himself with.

We reject your defense.

Mike Gillich III — FoFo's cousin. Convicted pedophile.

Cliff Kirkland — FoFo's hire. His "Chief Innovation Officer." Convicted pedophile.

Both convicted pedophiles. Both in FoFo's orbit. And Mike III was trafficking minors at the Horseshoe — even providing them to city employees at private parties on city property.

FoFo has a history of ignoring accusations and avoiding accountability.

We vow to force his hand.

One of our sources — who shall remain nameless — provided dozens of pictures that are not published here. And you will understand why in a moment.

First, to understand the seriousness of this situation:

Not only must we cherry-pick what is shown — but before posting, we were mandatorily required to report this evidence.

To whom?

MANDATORY REPORTS FILED

1. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
CyberTipline — Federal clearinghouse for child exploitation reports

2. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
tips.fbi.gov — Child exploitation & organized crime division

3. Mississippi Attorney General — ICAC Task Force
Internet Crimes Against Children — State jurisdiction

Because the evidence involves a MINOR.

The moment we saw it. The moment we asked the questions to the source. It became mandatory. It became law. It became the undersigned's duty.

And it was done.

Now the question is:

What will the Mayor of Biloxi do when presented with proof that minors were in the club — the same club where witnesses will testify he was seen going several times a month?

Into the office.

Do we have proof that he did anything to this little girl?

No.

(Before anyone points out the obvious.)

But — did FoFo not know?

What about the reopening approval in 2018? BZA Case 18-020. When FoFo — sitting on the Board of Zoning Appeals — approved his cousin Mike Gillich III's "Star Lounge" application. The same cousin now serving twelve years for child sexual abuse.

Did he not know then? Does he not know now?

Before the protectors of the corrupt and the defenders of pedophiles take aim — ask yourself:

Look at the women in your house. In your life. Your daughter. Your sister. Your niece.

Now put them in this girl's place.

Imagine that Mike Gillich III — convicted of child sexual abuse — or Cliff Kirkland — convicted of nine counts of child molestation — had done to her what they did to their victims.

And please believe us — this is a very soft image.

This girl in this picture was cherished by someone.

As we all are.

Her parents must have had aspirations. Fears. Dreams.

But the question that lingers:

What leads — in AMERICA of all places — for a minor to end up in a strip club?

The undersigned met with Angela Ward on February 1, 2026 to understand. A very long chat.

Spoiler alert: it's horrible.

It takes abuse in the worst form possible.

Alienation. Reconfiguration.

You drug a minor so much — and submit them to repeated abuse — until it simply becomes "normal."

That's what happened to Georgia — Angela's mother. Trafficked at 14. With her baby.

That's what happened to Angela Ward — Georgia's daughter — whom we met.

Angela has demonstrably been abused since as early as 4 years old — with consequences that permeate to this very day.

She reports being drugged.

She reports one individual — whom we are investigating — saying: "The more they are drugged, the better."

Angela Ward herself, by her own accounts, started being prostituted by the Gillichs at 17a minor under federal sex trafficking law. She told us in detail. They would send her to the Turtle Lounge — nearby the hotel in the area at the time.

The pictures below are from 2010–2011.

Not the "80s" or "90s" — as many like to point to as a means to diminish the importance.

This is not ancient history. This is yesterday.

SOURCE REPORTS:

Staff were forbidden from requesting her ID.

She was driven to and from by Mike Gillich III himself.

Your Tax Dollars at Work, Dear Biloxi

The Biloxi Fire Station — right by the Horseshoe on Veterans Avenue. Doors closed. Private party. Adult entertainers on the firetruck. City property. City employees. Your money.

Just like Jerry Creel — doing it on city property is more fun? Holy fuck. We all think working for City Hall is boring. These motherfuckers are having orgies and strippers and Saturday bonanzas.

Someone write to Playboy and have them cover Biloxi.

As Fate Would Have It

While at the UPS on Beauvoir Road mailing this evidence to the authorities, we spotted TK-2 — Biloxi Fire Department's current Truck 2 — rolling down the street. We initially believed it was the same truck from the party photographs. A reader — Cory Mooney — correctly pointed out that the truck in the party photos is marked K2 with bumper number 9631, an older apparatus likely since retired and replaced by the current TK-2.

We stand corrected on the truck identification. Not the same physical vehicle. Same unit designation — Truck Company 2 — different apparatus. Credit where it's due, Cory.

What we won't stand corrected on: that strippers were photographed — illegally — on a Biloxi fire truck, inside a Biloxi fire station, at a private party on city property. Whether it was K2 or TK-2 or a bicycle doesn't change what happened in those bays.

Biloxi Fire Department TK-2, the current Truck 2 unit

Biloxi TK-2 — February 2026. Not the same truck. Same department. Same culture.

A Note on Legal Illiteracy

In response to a reader comment on Biloxi Politics Uncensored

Cory Mooney — Biloxi Politics Uncensored:

"Fire station truck bays are public property and anyone can enter and can't be told to leave. The only space public is not allowed is the living quarters. Homeless have been known to sleep in the bays, is that misuse of public tax dollars as well? Specially at Station 4."

Mississippi Code § 97-17-87 — Trespass

"Any person who shall be guilty of a willful or malicious trespass upon the real or personal property of another, for which no other penalty is prescribed, shall, upon conviction, be fined not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned not longer than six (6) months in the county jail, or both."

See also Miss. Code § 97-17-97 — Trespass upon buildings or premises of another after being forbidden to do so.

Federal Law — Public Forum Doctrine

Under Perry Education Ass'n v. Perry Local Educators' Ass'n, 460 U.S. 37 (1983), government property falls into three categories: traditional public forums (parks, sidewalks), designated public forums (opened by government for expression), and nonpublic forums (government facilities). Fire stations are nonpublic forums — meaning the government can and does restrict access for any reasonable purpose.

The Supreme Court settled this in Adderley v. Florida, 385 U.S. 39 (1966), upholding trespass convictions on government property and holding: "The State, no less than a private owner of property, has power to preserve the property under its control for the use to which it is lawfully dedicated."

Mr. Mooney's comparison to homeless individuals sleeping in truck bays — even if true — proves nothing except selective enforcement. An unenforced violation doesn't create a legal right. You can't shoplift just because someone else got away with it.

And last we checked, homeless individuals seeking shelter aren't hosting private stripper parties with city employees on city property. That's not "public access" — that's misappropriation of public resources, potential official misconduct under Mississippi law, and depending on what else happened in those bays, possibly worse.

And that's the real tell, isn't it? They didn't fail to stop it — they allowed it. It was intentional. The doors were closed. The party was private. City employees were inside. This wasn't a failure of security — it was participation. And now the defense is "we can't say no to the hookers, it's public property"? That's not a legal argument. That's a confession of culture. This is how FoFo's little friends operate.

But thank you, Mr. Mooney, for illustrating exactly the kind of civic ignorance that allows corruption to thrive in Biloxi.

A Little Reminder to Our Friends at City Hall

Any further retaliation scheme — yes, Jerry boy, that includes you — constitutes obstruction of justice. You are acting in furtherance of the enterprise.

Legal Framework:

18 U.S.C. § 1512(b) — Witness Tampering: Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person with intent to influence, delay, or prevent testimony or cause any person to withhold documents from an official proceeding. Up to 20 years.

18 U.S.C. § 1513(e) — Retaliating Against a Witness: Whoever knowingly engages in any conduct and thereby causes bodily injury to another person or damages the property of another person, with intent to retaliate against any person for providing information to a law enforcement officer. Up to 30 years.

18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) — RICO: It shall be unlawful for any person employed by or associated with any enterprise to conduct or participate in the conduct of such enterprise's affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity. Up to 20 years per count.

18 U.S.C. § 1962(d) — RICO Conspiracy: It shall be unlawful for any person to conspire to violate the provisions of subsections (a), (b), or (c). Same penalties as the underlying offense.

We Gave Them a Chance

We called the lawyers today at 10:00 AM. We let them know what was coming. We invited them to take action. To explain. We would even consider working with them.

The only question we got back: "What year are the pictures from?"

And then, later that day, we find out: Peter Abide cancels the event.

See, dear reader?

That's what FoFo and Peter Abide do. When confronted with evidence — they don't explain. They don't take responsibility. They don't come clean.

They hide. They plot how to get away. They cancel events. They go quiet. They hope it blows over.

Just like in 2015, when someone raised questions about FoFo's family history during his mayoral campaign. What did he do? He went into his little shell. He called it "malicious garbage." He dismissed it as "false insinuations." He refused to debate. (WLOX, April 30, 2015)

That's what we can expect from them. That's who they are. The pattern never changes.

Will you allow it?

Why These Images Are Redacted

The images above have been partially redacted — bodies blurred, faces visible. This editorial decision addresses the Dost factors (United States v. Dost, 636 F. Supp. 828, S.D. Cal. 1986): by blurring the bodies, we shift the focal point away from any potentially lascivious content, obscure the degree of exposure, and demonstrate clear journalistic intent rather than prurient interest.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 2256, the federal definition of "sexually explicit conduct" involving a minor includes "lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals, or pubic area" — regardless of whether the minor is clothed. The remaining photographs in our possession — which we will never publish — meet multiple Dost criteria and would potentially violate 18 U.S.C. § 2252 (distribution of child sexual abuse material).

The redacted images shown here document presence at the establishment without crossing the legal threshold. The faces identify the individuals; the blurred bodies remove any exploitative element.

Chain of Custody: The complete, unredacted photographs are in our possession solely for transfer to law enforcement. We have submitted them to the FBI, NCMEC CyberTipline, and the Mississippi Attorney General's ICAC Task Force. Copies have also been provided to national media outlets as part of our chain of custody documentation. After confirmed receipt by federal authorities, the originals will be securely disposed of. We retain cryptographic hashes for evidentiary integrity.

And what does this mean for Mike Gillich III?

If the authorities take interest in what we've reported, he might be staying a little longer than twelve years. Federal charges for child exploitation carry mandatory minimums — and they stack. Each image. Each victim. Each count.

We also wonder about other people involved in the family. Who knew? Who facilitated? Who looked the other way? But that would be work for law enforcement.

Our job, as the law mandates, was to report. And so we did.

This is the same era — May 2018, BZA Case 18-020 — where FoFo approved his pedophile cousin's "Star Lounge" application. His sister Tina Rose Gillich — the family's attorney, Secretary, Treasurer, and Registered Agent of Joey's Inc. since 1991 — openly supported the application at the BZA proceedings.

The nephew approved it. The sister endorsed it. The brother filed it. The father's land underneath it.

What was the innovation, FoFo, that you wanted from Kirkland? How to exploit minors more efficiently?

The Pattern

Jerry Creel — FoFo's Building Official. Targeted the undersigned's then-wife by herself. Sunday surveillance. On our property. He's on video. He had no right to be there. He caused permanent damage. A female visitor described him — organically, unprompted — as a "disgusting creep old man." Now facing federal claims for perjury, conspiracy with Apryl Ready to retaliate.

Mike Gillich III — FoFo's cousin. Convicted of child sexual abuse. 12 YEARS. But the evidence suggests the victim in his conviction may not be the only one. The minor in the photographs we're reporting? A different victim still.

Cliff Kirkland — FoFo's Chief Innovation Officer. Previously served under Pete Halat's administration in the 1990s. Arrested December 17, 2019 — four days after Mike III. Nine counts of child molestation. Convicted May 2022. 35 YEARS.

Robert Leon Deming III — Ward 4 City Councilman under FoFo's administration. Ten years on council. Federal indictment September 2023: conspiracy to distribute controlled substance. Synthetic cannabinoids. Pleaded guilty May 2024. 6 YEARS FEDERAL. Began serving October 2024.

Four men. Four felons. One administration.

Dear reader,

While it's all fun and games for them — the surveillance, the retaliation, the perjury — remember where this started.

A certificate of occupancy.

That's it. A permit. A piece of paper. The undersigned asked the City of Biloxi for a certificate of occupancy. And because we wouldn't back down, because we documented everything, because we followed the evidence wherever it led —

Look where we arrived.

From a permit dispute → to federal crimes against children.

From code enforcement → to 18 U.S.C. § 1591.

From Jerry Creel's Sunday visits → to generational trafficking patterns dating back to when Georgia was fourteen years old.

That's the Gillich legacy. That's FoFo's administration. That's what a certificate of occupancy uncovered.

And Jerry —

Yeah, boy. Creel.

What a fucking hot pot of water you got yourself into. My once upon a time, dear friend.

Four counts of perjury. Association with child molesters. Puppet to racketeers. All that swagger, all that authority, all those Sunday visits — and look where it led.

And now, we will all wonder:

Did you know?

As Building Official. As Community Developer. As the man who approved permits on the Strip, who walked those properties, who knew every occupant —

Were you aware of the minors being exploited?

Were you part of it?

Did you object to the 2018 BZA approval of Star Lounge?

The answers will come out. They always do.

And we will be making lots of them, Creel.

We vow to take you for the ride of your life.

Let's make this party last.

And you know the worst part, Creel?

You still have not fucking learned.

You didn't learn that being a creepy HR fucker like you are is not the way to run city permitting.

Living in the A.J. Holloway estate — the former mayor's house — like you're some kind of royalty. How fitting.

That a permit is not a golden ticket to the chocolate factory.

It's not something one must know someone to get.

You continue to fuck with us. Denying an electrical service upgrade. Still playing games. Still thinking this ends with intimidation.

You want to continue playing games? Do it.

See where it will lead all of you.

Creel, and all the other dinosaurs —

If your goal is to make me submit, that's an illusion.

I side with the people. Not convenience.

But fuck you, FoFo.

Look around you.

Your cousinMike Gillich III12 years for child sexual abuse.

Your uncleMike Gillich Jr.20 years for murder-for-hire, gambling, trafficking.

Your Chief Innovation OfficerCliff Kirkland35 years for nine counts of child molestation.

What was the innovation, FoFo? What did you want from Kirkland?
How to exploit minors more efficiently?

The clubs. The office. The wall. The family.

You pathetic old man. Embodiment of corruption.

FoFo — are you going to stay quiet?

Will you request an investigation?

Will that affect your cousin's sentence?

Are we making the hard questions to your cousin?

What are you going to do about it?

We want to watch your next actions.

This isn't guilt by association.

This is PATTERN EVIDENCE.

FoFo surrounded himself with convicted criminals and child abusers.

Dear reader,

Are you going to see FoFo in public?

Remember this article.

For that is your mayor. The one requesting $30 million dollars in bonds — in a city with only 48,144 inhabitants.

Biloxi has 8 casinos. The Gulf Coast region generates $1.58 billion in annual gaming revenue.

Biloxi's share? Estimated $1.0–1.1 billion per year. That's $85–90 million per month flowing through this city.

The city's gaming tax revenue alone — $520–625 per citizen. Per capita. Just from casinos.

That's before property taxes. Before sales taxes. Before federal grants. Before state revenue sharing.

Where is all the fucking money?

WAKE UP, BILOXI.

History is watching.

Councilmen. City officials. All others.

Don't think you are safe by staying silent.

Careful not to become a co-conspirator. Or an enabler.
